She has large black eyes and an ebony beak that is dark gray and wings that serve as her arms. Mollie wears a brown jacket and dark green pants. She also wears a brown aviator's hat and black human-like shoes with larger talons.

She was the mascot for Jetstream Junction which had the spinning plane ride Rooftop Races as well as a play structure called Mollie's Landing Pad. Mollie was best acquainted with another mascot at the park, Rambley the Raccoon. Mollie was described as a fun-loving, adventurous parrot who would construct her own planes, however, she would sometimes crash them. It is possible that her violent behavior is the result of being neglected and abused by the park's staff, as evidenced by a few of her vocal lines when she stalks or chases the player.

The door closes behind them as Mollie dives towards the player, decapitating her.

If the train fails later in the game and the player is required to repair it the player will meet an emaciated Mollie, leaning up against the wall, her eyes moving and her voice glitching. Contrary to her normal, happy appearance at the park she's now speaking in an unintelligible mutter and has bloodstains on her body. She has a resemblance to the design of Opila Bird in the game's creator Unique Geese's fan-made Garten of Banban remake Reincarnated, and her beta model was used in the game's initial teaser trailer.

In the trailer, she's also described as "the best pilot you'll see" and "the most experienced pilot who is always in the crash." Some have speculated that Mollie might be gay. However, UniqueGeese has denied this on live streaming. The aviator parrot is observed stalking the player on several occasions throughout the trailer, but most notably at her part of Jetstream Junction which contains a spinning plane ride called Rooftop Races as well as Mollie's Landing Pad.
